  Very friendly and caring. Loved the vet and wished we were closer so we could see him all the time. We are from Tennessee and needed a vet on a Saturday and they stayed open for us to get there. Thank you so much.

  I have never met a more compassionate veterinarian hospital than Balsalm Animal Hospital. The staff is very kind and gentle with your pet. Dr.Kern is the worlds best . He truly cares for your pet. He gently guides you on what to do and not to do. He is extremely tender and gentle with your pet and is so honest ...he could tell you ...you need this and that and make you buy all kinds of stuff but he doesn't. He's the most honest vet I have ever met. I will never ever go any place else other than Balsalm clinic. This is a 5 star place. You won't go wrong taking your pets here.
