  Terrible! The granite was installed and the installer took it upon himself to cut into my molding without consulting me or bringing it to my attention since John, the owner, measured incorrectly. John came out and sent the granite back in order to correctly it. They reinstalled it, failed to clean it and I later found out that it was NEVER sealed. When I brought this to John's attention, he blamed it on me, stating I never requested it since I wanted a cheaper price. Firstly, it was never brought to my attention at any point and secondly, granite is supposed to be sealed regardless. He even went so far as to say I had to pay for the sealer!!!! I called another granite company who said granite ALWAYS has a sealer unless the customer requests a lifetime sealant. After all of this, he offered $100 discount for the inconvenience and damage they caused. What nerve. I am NOT impressed with the sloppy workmanship (if you want to call it that) and the unprofessionalism the owner displayed. I would NEVER refer Vandelay to anyone!
